📐 Science-Backed Periodization: Choose from four periodization models — Linear, Daily Undulating (DUP), Block, and Autoregulated. The engine manages training phases, auto-cycles through hypertrophy, strength, power, and deload weeks.
🏋️ Progressive Overload Engine: Every exercise gets a precise prescription — weight, reps, and sets — calculated from your training history, estimated 1RM, current phase, and progression method (double progression, percentage-based, RPE, or wave loading).
